SHIPPING INFORMATION

infoferenda ships to most address in the world. We will endeavor to ship orders within 24 hours and if the item is not in stock we will email you and advise a shipping date.

Orders outside EU
International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.  Alternatively you are welcome to ship on your own freight account. Shipping times will be 3-5 days.

EU orders
Orders being sent to an address within EU will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping times will be 2-4 business days

If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail us.
You will be notified by email when you order is shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Depending on the country and value of the goods shipped your shipment may incur duties and tax charges. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes incurred when a shipment enters a country. If you have any concerns about duties and taxes please check with your local authority. If a shipment is held by customs for duties or taxes, You will be notified for payment.


WARRANTY POLICY

Limitation
This policy and terms of warranty is only applicable on products that malfunction per se. It is not possible to guarantee the intended function for each product in environments not fulfilling basic technical conditions.

Warranty Periods:
OBF/DOA ---------------- 14 days.
Warranty ----------------- 12 months.

Dead on arrival (DOA) / Out of box failure (OBF) policy
Infoferenda offers a 14-day OBF policy. All units in which a manufacturing defect appears within 14 days of purchase by the end user will be defined as a DOA as long as they meet all of the following criteria:

  • No physical or liquid damage can be found on the unit. (Damaged power sockets are not classified as warranty returns.)
  • No modification or improper attempted repair has been made to the unit by anybody other than an approved infoferenda repair agent.
  • No damage has been made due to use of incorrect voltage supply/source.
  • No more than 14 days have elapsed since purchase date.

Warranty policy
All products that are not made for consumption have a 12 month warranty. To determine if a unit falls into this category there need to be:

  • No physical or liquid damage to the unit. (Damaged power sockets are not classified as warranty returns.)
  • No modification or improper attempted repair made to the unit by anybody other than an approved Infoferenda repair agent.
  • No damage due to use of incorrect voltage supply/source.
  • No more than 12 months have elapsed since purchase date.

Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase is required for every OBF/DOA and Warranty return units.

OBF/DOA Return procedur

  • The dealer or the end user calls infoferenda´s technical support team to determine that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not due to a setup problem.
  • If the unit is classified as a DOA infoferenda will generate a RMA number and email a Return Authorization Form to the person returning the unit.
  • The dealer or the end user arranges to return the faulty unit to infoferenda´s via nominated courier. Infoferenda will cover the freight cost for the return of DOA units, but will not pay for DOAs sent via couriers other than those nominated by infoferenda
  • The following items need to be sent back to infoferenda:
    • The complete sales package.
    • Proof of purchase.
    • The completed Return Authorization Form with RMA number.
  • infoferenda will then test the unit.
  • If no fault is found the unit will be sent back and the freight charge will be forwarded to the customer/dealer.
  • If the unit is faulty a replacement will be sent to the customer/dealer. If no replacement unit is available an infoferenda repair agent will attempt to repair the unit at no cost to the end user. If the unit cannot be repaired a credit will be issued.


Warranty return procedure

  • The dealer or the end user calls infoferenda's technical support team to determine that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not due to a setup problem.
  • If the unit is classified as a warranty repair infoferenda will generate a RMA number and email a Return Authorization Form to the person sending back the unit.
  • The dealer or the end user arranges to return the faulty unit to infoferenda.
  • The following items need to be returned:
    • The complete sales package.
    • Proof of purchase.
    • The completed Return Authorization Form with RMA number.
  • infoferenda will then test the unit.
  • If no fault is found the unit will be returned to the sender and a freight cost will be charged.
  • If the unit is faulty it will be sent to infoferenda's repair agent. Infoferenda will cover the repair cost providing the unit passes all the criteria outlined in the warranty policy section.
  • If the unit is unrepairable a replacement will be sent to the customer/dealer. If infoferenda cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time a credit will be issued to the customer/dealer.

Faulty units outside the warranty period
If your faulty unit is not covered by warranty we can still attempt to repair it.
Repair charges are based on time and parts plus freight. A repair quote costs 35 Euro.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Terms of Payment
We recommend payment with Pay Pal. But we also accept payment by a swift-transaction (in which case You can get a pro-forma invoice by mail prior to Your payment). We will ship Your order as soon as Your payment is confirmed. If You default on payment infoferenda may, in its absolute discretion, charge interest on the outstanding amount and may, without prejudice to its other rights, either suspend delivery of any existing orders placed by You and/or require payment in advance for any future orders.

Pricing and Price Lists
You will be charged for any Products ordered, at the prices shown on the price list current at the date of placing the order. Infoferenda is neither bound by nor responsible for any typographical errors in the current price list or any other documents published by Infoferenda on the Website.

The prices advertised in the price lists, or in any other documents on the Website, apply only to orders placed via the Order Form. Price lists, products and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Any special prices, discounts, deals or other changes in price shall apply to the relevant products only for as long as the products remain available for sale or for the duration of the promotion and Infoferenda reserves the right to limit sales of any products.

Risk and Title
Ownership of the Products shall remain with Infoferenda and Infoferenda reserves the right to dispose of the Products until such time as payment in full is made for all amounts owing by You to Infoferenda.

The risk in the Products purchased will, unless otherwise agreed by Infoferenda in writing, pass to You upon delivery to a carrier commissioned by Infoferenda to deliver the Products.
